Arrested: Kailee Cameron, 23, Meridian
Charge: Manslaughter – Vehicular (F)
Following an investigation by the Boise Police Department’s Violent Crimes Unit, the Ada County Prosecutor’s Office issued a warrant for the arrest of Kailee Cameron. Evidence indicates Cameron was under the influence of alcohol and traveling at a high rate of speed when the collision occurred. Cameron self-surrendered and was booked into the Ada County Jail on the listed charge.
The Ada County Coroner identified the victim in this crash as 54-year-old Ian Stickler of Boise.

This morning shortly after midnight Boise Police responded to a two-vehicle collision at N. Cloverdale Rd. and W. Chinden Blvd. Responding officers located an adult male victim deceased and trapped inside his vehicle. The second driver, a female adult, was transported to the hospital to be evaluated and treated for minor injuries. The preliminary evidence indicates the female driver was heading north on Cloverdale and the male driver was heading east on Chinden when they collided in the intersection. Due to speed and impact force, both vehicles traveled north off of the roadway and through a chain link fence before coming to a rest on Chinden Ridge Drive. Detectives with BPD’s Violent Crimes Unit and the Idaho State Police Crash Reconstruction Team responded to the scene. The crash is under investigation and no charges have been filed at this time. The Ada County Coroner will release the identity of the victim pending notification of next of kin.
