Appeal Application

An applicant or an aggrieved party may appeal a decision of the Director, Planning & Zoning Commission, Design Review Commission, or the Historic Preservation Commission. Appeals to the City Council can only be made by a those listed as party of record. Administrative appeals, however, can be made by anyone. Appeals must be in writing, accompanied by the appropriate fee, and prior to the established deadlines or the next working day thereafter if the appeal deadline falls on a weekend or holiday. Appeals must specify the issues, items, or conditions that are being appealed.
